Team 11 Thread

down by 2 to the evil team #7! CMon guys! who's got tags left???????
I have 6 whitetail buck tags left lol. And a sika stag tag. Sorry I should have been in my saddle on that last hunt. I went through it in my head a bunch of times and it was a better situation to use my climber there. We would be up by 4 pts?

I still have quite a bit of time left to get an archery buck.

a saddle is a tool in the toolbox. i was sneaking for my best buck of the season or we'd be ahead for sure. i submitted an 8ptr, but this dude had 8 typical and 7 more non. i'm already decided i'm sitting on a stool today.

let's givem a run

Well fellas, my wife was having pretty bad rib pains and I just happened to think to check her BP and it was really high. We took her to the OB ED and they had her admitted immediately. Blood tests came back and she has this rare condition called HELLPs Syndrome which is a severe case of high blood pressure issues that affects liver enzymes and platelets. The only cure is delivering the baby, so that’s where we are at. We a very very preterm at 29 weeks and 5 days (7 mos), so lots of risk to both baby and momma. We have been here over night and they’re trying to keep her stable so the second round of steroids can be most effective as it is crucial for lung development in premature babies. Looking at delivery tomorrow if everything stays ok.

Needless to say I won’t be hunting anymore this season. If any of y’all are the praying type, please throw a couple up to our good Lord for this here stranger’s wife and his sweet unborn child.

I think we're all thread watching checking for each team to post another score but I think I can safely say we'd way rather have you guys take the lead than see this kind of update. I'll be thinking of you and your family and hope everything goes smoothly. Keep us updated

Best wishes brother, I'll send some prayers up for y'all

My deer brothers in the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you all for your kind word’s and prayers.

My wife was able to stay stable enough to get both rounds of the steroids for the baby and they have her prepped for an induced delivery. It’s been a suspenseful 48 hours but today is the day. We’re still praying all goes well. We’re not through the woods yet.
