New Aerohunter saddle

I thought you might like those loops!

From my time in an anderson, I'm thinking that the two piece design should make the adjusters unnecessary. I'm tempted to pick up a size 2, but I really like the looks of the jx3. I've been on that list since saddlepalooza, surely my name's coming up!
Definitely like the loops! I'll have to see how the 2 piece design works like this. In the anderson you can overlay the pieces to adjust comfort. I don't see that happening with this design so it's similar but different.

I'd be interested to see a video of how much adjustment the two panels give you.

This looks interesting, if I didn't recently spend $2,000 on kitchen and bathroom renovations I'd be in. And my Kite suits me just fine. Oh but today is payday and I got a huge mileage check. I need a new roof. Ayee. Going to forget this exists and try not to be tempted.

Look at it as an investment. If you buy this now you will have no problem getting at least most of your money back for it or your kite during hunting season. Or you can keep both :tearsofjoy:

I never minded the loops that much. I guess when you get close to 300 pounds you have to do a lot of things by feel:) I’m betting it will be super comfortable for you. I am curious about the flex material and if it will stretch out and become like a loose piece of fabric hanging between two sit drags. I highly doubt it because so far there have been things people didn’t like about them but quality has always been top notch.

At this point in time it's probably a better investment than the equities market. Aero, I'll take 1,000, thanks. Will they ship by next week?

I hear you. I just bought a new zero turn a cargo trailer and have to renovate a kitchen and bathrooms in our rental house. I shouldn’t order this even if I wanted to. I’m just going to pretend I don’t want it and try not to hit the submit button.

Yeah, the loops never bothered me. I like that they're stiff and "tactile." Never bothered me to clip in via feel.

Agreed. I'm expecting it to be an awesome saddle. While getting rid of the adjusters and going to the flex material is an unknown to me, aero hunter wouldn't have gone that way if they didn't feel it worked.

I would distinguish it's more just a plain old "order" because Aero actually makes their saddles. You order it, they make it, no middleman. There can still be delays as you wait your place in line and the producer experiences setbacks with material, forest fires, what have you.

Versus the preorder with a certain other mfg that farms out production, they are at the mercy of vendors actually making the stuff. In that model a preorder is just the customer financing inventory essentially.

Not that it really matters, because you can wait either way, but entirely different business models.
