I agree, that's a 6 all day! CongratsI got on the board this morning at 8:15. My first bow buck kill and first saddle kill. 6 pointer if they deem the brows long enough.
That must have been a cool encounter to see a bobcat!almost shot a doe on my walk in yesterday afternoon. Set up down wind of some beds I found over the winter in the snow. Used 14 of 16 bolts in my squirrel carrier so I was pretty high up. Noticed a nice sized rub on the exit trail from the thick stuff. Saw a small 8 point cross the bench below me about 70 yards and a bobcat so I’m still a big zero.
Thanks for the offer but one of the spots I hunt is loaded with these wind direction wonders so I’m well stocked. My sciatic is going to keep me out of trees for a while longer.
But I have milkweed to share with the team!!
PM me and I'll send 2 pods worth in a ziplock via USPS to the address you provide.
While supplies last!
Good luck!Walked a piece of public I checked out in March and planned to hunt this coming weekend. Had two potential spots picked out based on last year sign that I found. Didn’t have to look too hard to find these. The rub is about 5-10 yards from the scrape. So I’ll be downwind of here in about 3 days.
Great buck! Congrats!
Sounds about like what I get done with my deer - my wife loves the jerky and sticks so that's a great excuse for me to get out! I personally stop when my freezer is full - maybe you just need a bigger freezer!Got my meat back from the processor today. 60# of sausage, 25# of bbq sticks and 25# of regular snack sticks. No room in the freezer for another one. Do you stop hunting when the freezer is full or keep hunting and donate to hunters for the hungry?
The trick is to have two chest freezers and whatever you don’t eat by next season you donateGot my meat back from the processor today. 60# of sausage, 25# of bbq sticks and 25# of regular snack sticks.
