@g2outdoors count me in!!! I will be bringing my cargotrailer camper again if that works. Will we be in the same part of the campground?

I will have a few extra firearms an my crossbow. @IkemanTX I'm bringing my kayak again wasnt sure if you will make the trip an bring you canoe we could put the Tacomas to work an park one down stream so we could float an try to get after pigs.

Too lazy to quote and delete all the rest so......

Pretty sure I read .22cal and above. Lemme go back and look.
I think that’s for large game weapons. Small game weapons are legal also and unless they changed this year that includes 17hmr. About half the area will be open to small game firearms only.

Yep, that’s an Army reg alright.....lol

I read that as probably .22 or larger...

Can’t have both, so I’m reading it as small game season opens before muzzleloader deer and during that period you can use small game weapons (to include the .17). Then small game season remains open after deer season (the period during which saddlepalooza takes place) and during the period from the end of deer season thru the end of small game season you can use large caliber weapons (to exclude the .17).

Clear as mud?

Perhaps it’s simply implied that small game weapons are allowed during the small game season following firearms deer season (which would make good sense, after all)

Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like I will make it.
