I suspect that the instructions need to be revisited due to changes in the Google Maps interface. I could not figure out how to add myself. I would like to be able to help others since I entered all of this with no access to aid IRL. Just had to rely on opinions and information from the interwebs.

I like this. I would let anyone try any gear out to “try before buy”. I think this can help people do that as well. Do I have to use a computer or can we for it with a tablet or phone?

Most mobile browsers seem to have problems opening it. Some people report no problems on phones, but many get zero functionality. Kind of a crapshoot.
