Yeah, I agree with all that you said, except the "need Facebook" part. Got rid of mine long ago.
 
@huntin_addict, I exaggerated the numbers for dramatic effect. Doubling the price would likely lead to a surplus. But we currently have a shortage. Both are inefficient economies. Seems to me like the price needs to change, or the supply needs to increase. Just econ 101. But the business is still young, and while it's crawling from our perspectives, it's really developing at an incredible rate.

I would agree that the posts you screenshotted are not kind. Not sure who that dude is or what his affiliation with Wild Edge is. Prostaff, maybe? He's not helping the brand. But the lawsuit is interesting. That little piece of Facebook drama got deleted.

I will say that Aero Hunter's prostaff also got their feelings hurt similarly last year, and some of their affiliates lashed out as well; right or wrong. It's funny. My wife is a gentle soul, but she was ready to shoot the kids that stole our jonboat. People can act out of character if they feel they've been wronged.

Anyway, I'm excited to see what tomorrow brings. Seems like I was excited for the kestrel, mantis, kite, and jx3 too. :)

Linemans loops look awesome, it also looks like the "flex" part might give it that little bit of extra material index the back of the legs that sometimes feels like it's missing in the size 1 kestrel...curious what the waist to bottom measurement is vs. The kestrel. Very interesting design.

And I’m hoping some used kestrels or a mantis will hit the classified at a price that isn’t the cost of a brand new saddle or MORE. the market dictates price I get it, but it blows my mind how two year old saddles are being listed at the cost of a new one. Maybe the flex will help lower prices on the used market.
 
I know it's starting to sound like a broken record but it's great to have all these choices. It wasn't that long ago I was struggling trying to win an approx. $400 bid on ebay for a used/discontinued trophyline. That was the only option out there for a long time.
 
How does the Flex weigh almost one pound less than the Kestrel? Is the material the same and is the Flex section made of mesh?
 
I just order one to try out!

I have been hunting out of a size 1 for the last two years. I do get a little hip pinch once and awhile, so order a size 2 to give it a shot. Guess if I'm swimming in it I can sell and go back to my kestrel.

Have a size 2 ordered now in Predator with the new sewn bridge. Will let you know details as soon as it arrives. Who knows, I may sell it in October for $350 :). If Tethrd releases a new one, will get one of theirs too!
