Took yesterday off/did chores and starting a construction project, iced the leg and rested. Woke up late and did 8 miles today. Tried my first mid-gel run (sis go isotonic), everything was fine GI wise but man did it interrupt my breathing. heart rate went up significantly and I had trouble bringing it back down for the second half of the run. Temps may have contributed but need more practice at that for sure. Now for more icing.
