Treehopper ship time?

I ordered a drill on oct 29 and have not seen it yet. I emailed them yesterday or the day before and have not gotten a reply. What have you guys experieneced for delivery times? Website did not say anything about delays. Feeling a little irritated. Could have used it last weekend and could certainly use it this weekend.

I appreciate the offer but im not in a bind or anything. I have sticks to use. I'm just sad every day when i check the mail and my new toy hasn't arrived. That dang amazon prime shipping will spoil ya quick. But 2 weeks seems excessive.

I just tried to give them a call a little while ago and the voice mail is full. So I sent a text since it's a cell phone. Still no answer. Ordered mine on 10/23 and no communication. I'm guessing I may cancel the order if I can get someone to answer the phone.

Mark text me back last night. He has some black platforms in but he is waiting on the OCB straps. He said he could ship me a black one now and the strap when it came in. I told him that would be great. Hope this info helps.
