    Sometimes deer don't move much and you won't see any. Sign is nice, but alot harder to see and find than most think. Particularly "hunting" sign. Always move slow or use routes that hide your presence....visual and/or olfactory. My buddies and I often hunt within 200 yards of each other.

    I quit the gym a few months ago....it's far from a judgement free zone, lol. My workouts now tend to be 20-30 min before I go coach lacrosse. Just dumbbells at this point. 15's and 25's are all I use at the moment. I did just purchase some resistance bands and looking at a pullup/dip rack...

    We can agree to disagree. A number of my friends, as well as myself are over 40. None of us starve calories and we're shredded. It's what you put in your body.
